I have been exposed to the beginning of life, handing a newborn baby to a first-time mother, and assisting an elderly man who just had a CAGB (open heart surgery) as we ambulate around the hospital floor. I have comforted a woman who was just diagnosed with cancer. I have said goodbye to children who left this world too soon.
No matter what stage of life, beginning, during, or the end, I have learned much in these decades. I have prayed and meditated, believing with my mind, body, and soul that this is my calling.
As my journey as a Holistic Practitioner continues, it has led me to understand the path for my highest good. I have learned to share my experience through service and education.
I am a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I am dedicated to helping my patients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.

During his academic years, Dr. O was more than a student; he was already making a difference. He dedicated his time to the Outpatient Chiropractic Clinic at Palmer, offering care to patients even before earning his degree.
A defining chapter in Dr. O's career unfolded during a rigorous internship at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System’s Chiropractic Department. Here, his commitment to serving Veterans thrived, and he gained valuable experience in an integrative medical setting. Collaborating with acupuncturists, physical therapists, and various healthcare professionals, Dr. O witnessed the transformative power of a multidisciplinary approach to wellness.
Dr. O's chiropractic toolbox is diverse, featuring techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Thompson Drop Technique, and soft tissue work. This diversity allows him to tailor treatments to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring comprehensive and effective care.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. O cherishes moments with his family and friends. His love for travel not only rejuvenates his spirit but also fuels his mission to spread the message of chiropractic care far and wide.

Meet Rina.
Rina is a licensed acupuncturist practicing in the western suburbs of Chicago and board-certified by the National Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Rina has over 20 years of medical experience as a certified nurse assistant cross-trained to become an EMT, as well as prior dedication as a physical therapy technician before pursuing acupuncture.
One can say, that Rina is a Jane with many trades from the beginning of life to her ideal of prevention and maintaining the quality of life. On top of her many years in outpatient and in-patient clinical settings, Rina is a certified birth and post-partum holistic doula, reiki practitioner, and reflexologist. A passionate advocate for fitness, Rina is a group fitness instructor who hypes Muay Thai and kickboxing with HIIT formats, and a dedicated rock-steady boxing coach to her Parkinson’s “crew”.
Rina loves to do community outreach as an advocate for seniors' quality of life as a mobility and balance educator. She provides and leads low-intensity fitness classes for older adults following protocol through the Arthritis Foundation: Tai Chi, Qi Gong, BINGOcize, chair yoga, aquatic exercises, and strength training.
Rina graduated as a Salutatorian from National University of Health Science with her Master of Science in Acupuncture in Lombard, IL, and completed her certificate in Chinese Herbal Medicine through Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago, IL. Rina continues her studies to earn a Doctor of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization in San Diego, California. Before entering the graduate program, Rina was an alumna of Northern Illinois University, where she focused on the Science of Communication Disorders and specialized in BioMed. During her exposure to clinic rotations at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, Rina found her focus on pain management and infertility grew. With her passion for many decades in the healthcare industry, experience as a holistic doula, a passion for fitness and well-being, she effortlessly and seamlessly bridges the gap between Eastern and Western healing paradigms.
